I AM HERE WITH ANOTHER BLOG OF MINE.................HOPE U ALL R DOING WELL AND HAVE ENJOYED DIWALI A LOT..........     SO BE READY TO TASTE A REVOLUTIONARY DALL ;)

REQUIREMENTS :-


ARHAR DAAL  1 SMALL BOWL
CHANA DAAL   1.5 SMALL BOWL
URAD DAAL (OPTIONAL) 1 SMALL BOWL
TURMERIC
SALT
RED CHILLY POWDER / KUTI
GARAM MASALA

DESI GHEE / OIL

DRY RED CHILLI 1
TEJ PATTA
JEERA 
HING
LAUNG
BLACK PEPPER BALLS

ONION  3 CHOPPED
GINGER GARLIC FINELY CHOPPED
GARLIC FINELY CHOPPED
1 MEDIUM CAPSICUM CHOPPED

TOMATO BIG SIZE 3 CHOPPED

CORIANDER  LEAVES 
GREEN CHILIES CUT INTO 2 SLICES




PROCESS :-


WASH DALL AND SOAK IN LUKE WARM WATER FOR ABOUT 3 HOURS . ADD DALL IN A COOKER ADD TURMERIC POWDER & SALT...AND WHISTLE TILL 2-3 AS PER REQUIREMENT

MEANWHILE
IN A KADHAI HEAT 4 SPOON GHEE  OR OIL IF U DON'T PREFER GHEE..BUT GHEE SMELLS  GREAT AND WILL TASTE BETTER.

ADD TEJ PATTA + RED CHILLI RED + JEERA + HING + LAUNG + BLACK PEPPER BALLS.

ADD FINELY CHOPPED ONION + GINGER + GARLIC SAUTE TILL BROWN . THEN ADD 1 MEDIUM CAPSICUM CHOPPED. ADD SALT .SAUTE TILL IT GETS SOFT. NOW ADD FINELY CHOPPED TOMATOES ... SAUTE TILL EVERY ITEM GETS SOFT .........  ADD GARAM MASALA SAUTE...ADD RED CHILLY POWDER / KUTI... SAUTE........... NOW ADD THE BOILED DALL..........  BOIL TILL IT GETS MIXED WELL DON'T MAKE IT WATERY...... GARNISH WITH CORIANDER  LEAVES  & GREEN CHILIES.

 SERVE HOT WITH ROTI OR JEERA RICE .
